Push-Through Application, Fast, Pre-Assembled, with Metal Tip

Description: A highly effective anchoring system for a wide variety of applications. This anchor is composed of a polyethylene expansion body formed around a hardened steel shaft and capped by a metal tip. This anchor forms a knot deep within the AAC. Can be hammered into position without pre-drilling. Available with either flat or hex head.

Applications: For flush applications, as opposed to "push-through". Suitable for a wide variety of uses such as attachment of Bathroom Fixtures, Cabinetry, Handrails, Floor Posts, Water Pipes, and HVAC Systems.

Installation: The anchor is is hammered into a pre-drilled or "pressed" hole until flush with the AAC surface. The insertion process begins the compaction of the AAC in the area surrounding the hole. As the screw is tightened, expansion of the anchor continues until the screw passes through its end. The screw cuts its own threads as it enters the anchor and cannot be stripped out or over torqued during the installation process.

Push-through Application, Pressure Treated Polyethelene, All Purpose with or without Screws.

Description: An all-purpose, inexpensive and versatile anchor for use in light- to medium-weight applications. This anchor is made of pressure treated polyethylene, a noncorrosive and vibration resistant material that provides a secure grip in AAC and is flexible enough to not damage the AAC through excessive torque. The anchor's helicoidal segments twist into a tightly compacted knot near the bottom of the drilled hole. The anchor's rigid shaft maintains the integrity of the drilled hole at the surface.

Applications: Intended as screw shields for lightweight applications such as electrical boxes, duct work, etc. Ideal for fastening door and window frames, securing mirrors, fastening furniture, installing handrails, curtains rods, and the like.

Installation: A hole is drilled through the item to be fastened to the AAC. The hole into the AAC can either be drilled or "punched".The anchor is then inserted through the predrilled item and tightened until sufficient resistance is felt. Using a punch rather than a drill increases the anchor's strength. IMPORTANT: The screw selected for use with the anchor must be long enough to reach the end of the anchor during installation.

Description: An efficient, inexpensive heat resistant fastener for applications involving the use of threaded rods and similar items. Manufactured of chromated steel. This anchor accepts dual threaded rod or "johnny screws".

Applications: Any application involving the use of threaded rods and where fire resistant materials are required. Applications include the support of recessed ceilings, gas lines,
conduit, sprinkler systems and pipes of various sizes.

Installation: The anchor may be hammered directly into light density AAC. Heavier density AAC will require pre-drilling or "press" a starter hole to avoid damaging the anchor when hammering. The anchor automatically adjusts to various thread types and thicknesses.
